Geneviève has been my French teacher for now over 4 years. I have worked with her in multiple settings which have included on-line course work through Skype, as well as in-person Immersion courses at her apartment. She is just an excellent teacher as she is patient, explains things well, kind, humorous, and always so encouraging . I decided to learn French for reasons of anticipating work in Francophone Africa after retirement as an ER physician in the US and also just because I love language learning and experiencing other cultures. Genevieve is a great teacher for a number of reasons. She is very attentive to what we need to learn the most: from particular topics to specific grammar issues. She is extremely flexible and creative while preparing each class, and the results are classes that that very well suited for one’s needs.
